Serenity On A Ledge
This is serenity at it’s best . . . We were honored to be selected to build this geometric pool and spa for the award winning custom home builder Matt Sitra Custom Homes. The home sitting on top of a hill in beautiful Las Colinas Estates, Serene Hills of Lakeway was one of 5 custom homes showcased in the 2015 Parade of Homes. The pool was built 13 feet out of grade using polystyrene insulated concrete forms for the substructure on a very steep hillside. The clean lines and elegant materials relate well with the architecture and allow for a very functional lap pool to be an aesthetic highlight from almost every vantage point in the house. It is the perfect setting for a floating hill country view in the daytime, a relaxing sunset in the evening and a spectacular LED color show throughout the night. The pool, spa and the fountain at the entry way create an ambiance that enhances the entire outdoor living space. Serene Hills is filled with beautiful homes, we are proud to have added our touch to Sitra’s serenity.
