We will not change our prices. We engage a qualified Estimator to ensure the most professional and accurate costing for your build. We offer fixed price contracts that we will stand by 100%. Any variations along the way will be priced and agreed prior to commencing the work. We take the duty of managing your funds very seriously. 

Communication.

We will communicate regularly. Our goal is to have efficient and effective communication with our clients. We will keep you updated with regular site meetings, phone calls and emails. We respect your time and strive to keep on top of decisions that require your attention and share progress photos. We utilize a project management system, ProEdge Build, to keep track off your project.

Respect.

We guarantee the respect you and your family deserve. There will be no swearing on site in your presence. Expect to be greeted on site with a smile, and introduced to those you have not yet met. Expect your safety to be looked after, as we will advise you of any health and safety issues that may be present during your site visit. 

Quality.

We will deliver a quality built pool and outdoor living structures. To ensure the quality of your building project we use only reputable suppliers, subcontractors and materials. In addition, our Operations Team utilizes a systematic project management approach that emphasizes attention to detail.

Clean.

We respect your property. We guarantee that your site will be left tidy at the end of each week. While there will be varying levels of construction materials and debris on site at various phases of the project, trash will be consistently picked up, as well as any items presenting a safety hazard.
